**Position Information**:
This position is temporary until approximately April 20, 2024.

**Rotation/Shifts**:
Days, 8 hour shifts.

**Basic Requirements**:

- Current certificate of registration from the College of Nurses of Ontario;
- Baccalaureate in Nursing;
- Masters in Nursing or Education;
- Membership in the Registered Nurses Association of Ontario (RNAO);
- Five (5) years of current experience in an Operating Room/Surgical environment;
- Knowledge of ORNAC, CSA, WHIMIS and Occupational Health and Safety standards;
- Basic Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
- Demonstrated experience with the development and teaching of adult learning programs;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Excellent written and oral communication ability.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- One (1) year adult teaching experience;
- CSAO (Central Service Association of Ontario) Techniques course or an equivalent course/certification related to sterile processing.
