As an established industry leader and growing rapidly across Canada, we’re seeking an Associate Advisor - someone who is willing to learn and perform all the functions of a financial planner while being mentored by a seasoned Advisor.

**What is the role of the Associate Advisor?**
- Provide an exceptional client experience and respond to all client inquiries in a timely manner
- Learn and practice our award-winning financial planning process
- Use our financial planning software to build and update financial plans
- Prepare required paperwork and process accurately to ensure compliance
- Monitor investment portfolios on an ongoing basis for suitability
- Research products approved for sale through IPC Securities Corporation and IPC Investment Corporation
- Collaborate with the Pinnacle team to deliver on team goals, provide coverage and train new team members
- Ad-hoc duties as needed

- Relationship-building skills with a commitment to establishing long-term client relationships
- Ability to leverage technology to enhance client experiences
- Strong desire for performance-driven compensation
- A self-motivated, highly driven and entrepreneurial personality
- Ability to think critically and use sound judgment when serving clients

**What are the preferred qualifications for an **Associate Advisor**?**
- Post-secondary education in Business or a relevant field
- Minimum 2 years of experience working within the financial services industry
- Completion of CSC/IFIC required
- Mutual Fund (MFDA) or Securities (IIROC) license an asset
- Professional accreditation (CFP, CIM, or equivalent) is considered an asset

Nous sommes donc à la recherche d’une conseillère associée ou d’un conseiller associé - une personne qui est prête à apprendre et à accomplir toutes les fonctions associées à la planification financière tout en étant mentorée par une conseillère ou un conseiller chevronné.

**Quel est le rôle de la conseillère associée ou du conseiller associé?**
- Offrir une expérience client exceptionnelle et répondre à toutes les demandes des clients en temps opportun
- Apprendre et mettre en pratique notre processus de planification financière primé
- Utiliser notre logiciel de planification financière pour élaborer et mettre à jour des programmes financiers
- Préparer les documents requis et les traiter correctement pour assurer la conformité
- Surveiller la pertinence des portefeuilles de placement sur une base continue
- Chercher des produits approuvés pour la vente par l’intermédiaire d’IPC Securities Corporation et d’IPC Investment Corporation
- Collaborer avec l’équipe Pinacle pour atteindre les objectifs collectifs, offrir une protection et former les nouveaux membres de l’équipe
- Effectuer des tâches inhabituelles, au besoin
