Our Pinnacle team is currently growing We're seeking a sales leadership professional - someone who will inspire, motivate, and coach a team of advisors to grow sales in their respective regions.

The Regional Director, Advisor Growth will work closely with internal teams to manage and provide strategic sales direction for their local teams.

You will be responsible for long term growth and productivity of each Advisor within the office as well as supporting the onboarding of new Advisors.

The Regional Director's direction and activities have a significant influence on the success of the overall Region being managed and on the overall corporate strategies.

What is the role of the Regional Director, Advisor Growth?

  • Provide leadership and direction to direct reports on areas including performance management, interpersonal relations, coaching, mentoring and public relations
  • Utilize leadership skills to create an environment orientated to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and collaborative team effort
  • Manage work volumes and identify recruitment needs, participate in the recruitment and selection process and training and development of new team members
  • Establish metrics and sales activities to ensure results of the team are achieved and shared internally
  • Create a cadence of accountability structure that supports the growth objectives of each assigned region
  • Support the team in executing tactical business development functions (e.g., client events)
  • Ensure a consistent delivery system and approach of IPC's business methodology that leverages technology delivery capabilities in support of distribution channels
  • Participate in business management processes including business planning, sales and marketing planning, financial management, practice management and professional conduct
  • Direction must ensure sales, business and compliance issues are kept to the highest standards
  • Escalate any significant instances of noncompliance with policies and procedures or legislative regulations to internal teams as needed
  • Implement programs and new initiatives as identified as a corporate need

What are the preferred qualifications for the Regional Director, Advisor Growth?

  • Professional Experience 5+ years of experience leading a large, geographically diverse sales team in the wealth management industry. Proven strategic planning and business planning ability.


 Education Requirements
  • Post Secondary education in a relevant field; master's degree an asset. The CFP or CIM designations are an asset to this role.


 Characteristics
  • Confident and resilient with a proven ability to put the client first. Must possess a strong desire for performance, selfmotivated, highly driven with an entrepreneurial personality. The ability to think critically and use sound judgment when working with team members and clients is critical.


 Communication
  • Exceptional communication skills with a proven track record of establishing long term client relationships.
