**What you will do**
- Deliver personalized wealth management solutions to help clients work toward their long-term financial goals
- Develop and deepen client relationships
- Conduct regular meetings and calls with clients
- Educate clients about all of the products, solutions, and services IPC provides
- Promote the value proposition of IPC

**What you will bring**
- Relationship-building skills with a commitment to establishing long-term client relationships
- Ability to leverage technology to enhance client experiences
- Strong desire for performance-driven compensation
- A self-motivated, highly driven and entrepreneurial personality
- Ability to think critically and use sound judgment when serving clients
- Post-secondary education in Business and/or 3-5 years of industry experience
- Completion of CSC/IFIC required
- IIROC licensed
- Professional accreditation (CFP, CIM, or equivalent) is considered an asset

**Ce que vous ferez**
- Offrir des solutions de gestion du patrimoine personnalisées pour aider les clients à atteindre leurs objectifs financiers à long terme
- Établir et approfondir les relations avec les clients
- Rencontrer et appeler les clients sur une base régulière
- Informer les clients sur l’ensemble des produits, des solutions et des services offerts par IPC
- Promouvoir la proposition de valeur d’IPC

**Ce que vous apporterez**
- Capacité et volonté d’établir des relations durables avec les clients
- Capacité de tirer parti de la technologie pour améliorer l’expérience client
- Préférence marquée pour une rémunération fondée sur le rendement
- Grande motivation personnelle, dynamisme et esprit d’entreprise
- Capacité de faire preuve d’esprit critique et de discernement dans le cadre de la prestation de services aux clients
- Études postsecondaires en affaires et/ou trois à cinq ans d’expérience dans l’industrie
- Réussite du cours de l’Institut des fonds d’investissement du Canada et du cours sur le commerce des valeurs mobilières au Canada
- Membre de l’OCRCVM
- Accréditation professionnelle (CFP, CIM ou titre équivalent), un atout
