**What do you offer?**
The Administrative Specialist will work as part of the team that provides employment services to Ontarians with a focus on immigrants and newcomers to Canada. Reporting to the Director and Senior Director, the Administrative Specialist is responsible for the collection and entry of client data for Employment Ontario Services programming. As part of a team, they will assist in meeting the strategic achievement of all desired outcomes and targets by supporting Case Manager with administrative tasks. The Administrative Specialist will be responsible for the execution of any monitors (1, 3, 6, and 12 months) communications with served EO Streamed A and B clients. The position will also support data collection to supplement monthly reporting on program outcomes. Those duties are the collection and entry of specific required documents such as pay stubs and other sensitive information into Case flow for employment verification.
**Some of the tasks of this position include**:
- Collecting sensitive client information.
- Monitoring information submitted in client files to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Completing extensive data entry into the Ministry database and Caseflow database.
- Supporting Case Managers and Retention Specialists with data entry for various tasks.
- Assisting with inbound telephone requires and walk-in traffic.
- Providing information and referral services to meet customer needs, and handles inquiries regarding the YMCA and local community programs and services.
- Providing outbound telephone services, such as liaising with employers and participants, gathering information, and tracking outcomes.
- Maintaining complete files and data management system.
- Maintaining accurate activity records and participant information and compiling regular statistical reports for the Program, Association, and Funders.

**Education**
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field
**Language**
- Fluent in English and French, oral and written is an asset
