Reporting to the Talent and Learning (T&L) Partner Lead for Electrification Installation Products (ELIP) Division, you’ll engage with key stake holders to implement best-in-class global talent and learning programs and solutions, ensuring the right capabilities are available today and tomorrow, in line with the strategic objectives of the business to drive profitable growth.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Support the implementation of the global EL Talent Management framework in close collaboration with the Division/ELIP HRBPs and T&L team.
- Proactively identify and manage T&L needs based on business requirements, needs analysis, and stake holder/voice of customer input.
- Deliver global and local projects and training initiatives within the talent and learning area (e. g. Leadership development, Change Management, Succession Planning, Diversity and Inclusion, Career development, People Review Sessions, etc.), through in-person and virtual deployment/facilitation while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement through new practices, processes, or policies.
- Ensure diversity and inclusion principles and learning opportunities are deployed within ELIP Division in support of our D&I cultural ambitions.
- Ensure that Talent and Learning related data for is up to date in the relevant systems and liaise frequently with the associated systems partners to collaborate on optimizations, change requests, and harmonization.
- Build strategic partnerships and relationships with third parties including consultancies, coaches, and internal SMEs to complement and enable the business strategy when required.
- Support HR Business Partners, as needed, to include supporting and implementing various HR solutions (i.e., tools, products, resources, and processes), providing input for enhancements while collaborating with HRBPs, managers, and employees to understand current challenges, recommending effective resolutions that align with HR solutions.
**Your background**:
- Minimum 5 years related experience in a similar talent and learning role with a focus in talent management, learning, and organizational development or consulting and advising business leaders in people related topics.
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) as well as excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
- Experience with implementation of talent and learning initiatives in a global environment, working across multiple geographies, and within virtual teams; experience with assessments would be an asset.
- Experience working in an HR Shared Services and complex global environment that is fast-paced and highly matrixed; ability to prioritize and make decisions in difficult or ambiguous situations.
- Having a digital mindset with proficiency using Microsoft 365 as well as strong ability to design and facilitate virtual and in-person trainings, workshops, and learning programs.
- Excellent relationship building ability across stakeholders with a collaborative approach; being self-driven, energetic, enthusiastic, and inclusive; creating or responding constructively to challenging new ideas and inputs; demonstrating resilience and ability to work with ambiguity and changing set of circumstances and issues.
- Ability to travel up to 20%.
- Fluency in French/English.
