As a Salon Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting salon products. If you have a passion for the beauty industry, excellent organizational skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Greet and welcome clients as they arrive at the salon
- Schedule appointments and manage the salon's booking system
- Provide product demos and educate clients on various salon products
- Handle cashiering duties, including processing payments and issuing receipts
- Assist with technical sales, recommending products and services to clients
- Manage inventory and ensure products are well-stocked
- Maintain a clean and organized salon environment
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the client experience
- Collaborate with stylists and other staff members to ensure smooth operations
- **Skills**:_
- Strong time management skills to effectively handle multiple tasks and appointments
- Multilingual abilities to communicate with diverse clientele
- Sales skills to promote salon products and services
- Proficient in English for effective communication with clients and team members
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for clients
- Organizational skills to maintain a clean and orderly salon environment
- Phone etiquette to handle incoming calls professionally

**Salary**: $16.50-$17.14 per hour

Expected hours: 34 per week

- Morning shift

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Serving It Right (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Montréal, QC (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Montréal, QC: Relocate before starting work (required)
