As a Financial Reporting Analyst, serve as a Subject Matter Expert for Equity Compensation Valuation, Expensing, Financial Reporting and Disclosures. The Financial Reporting Analyst will report to the Managing Director of TSX Trust.

Job Summary
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Equity Compensation Valuation, Expensing, Financial Reporting and Disclosures.
- Assist clients in understanding reporting calculations and results, reconciling data, expense and disclosures.
- Support clients with changes required in the system.
- Present software and service presentations to prospective clients
- Manage the equity compensation expense and valuation reporting
- Interpret regulations and trends through independent analysis and in collaboration with industry leaders (e.g., FASB, accounting firms, and valuation consultants)

What you bring
- Bachelors degree and 3 - 5 years of experience in accounting/financial balancing
- 3 - 5 years experience with stock option, restricted stock/unit and performance share plans and ESPPs (US Section 423 Plans/UK ShareSave Plans/Canadian ESPP variations, i.e. RRSPs, TFSAs).
- Expert level MS Excel experience
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of Employee Plans systems and business is preferred
- CEP certification, an asset
- Accounting designation an asset
