- Concrètement, à quoi ressembleront tes journées ?
- Pour une période temporaire d'un an:
- Mener des études pour mesurer l'impact des campagnes promotionnelles d’envergure, évaluer la perception et la notoriété de nos marques et autres besoins stratégiques;-
- Concevoir les mandats de recherche marketing et recommander la méthodologie à privilégier;-
- Collaborer avec nos unités d’affaires pour définir la portée des nouvelles études et jouer un rôle conseil auprès d’elles;-
- Concevoir le matériel nécessaire aux projets de recherche (questionnaires, brief, guides d’entrevue, etc.), programmer des questionnaires et effectuer les prétests avant le début de la collecte;-
- Collaborer avec notre partenaire de recherche pour s’assurer du bon déroulement des mandats et du respect des échéanciers établis;-
- Interpréter les résultats, monter des graphiques et tableaux, préparer des rapports d'analyse et tableaux de bord;-
- Analyser des données secondaires dans nos bases de données pour en dégager des constats;-
- Cibler les données qui peuvent faire rayonner la marque et alimenter nos plateformes de contenus avec l’équipe des communications;-
- Partager les résultats des études avec nos équipes internes par le biais de présentations;-
- Trouver des angles de recherche et des sujets novateurs dans le secteur de l’habitation;-
- Soutenir l'expérience client pour optimiser les parcours client, l'UX et l'UI du produit.Ce qu’il te faut pour être Spécialiste, recherche marketing chez nous?- Une formation universitaire en communication, marketing, statistiques ou autre discipline pertinente;-
- Un minimum de 3 ans d’expérience pertinente;-
- Démontrer la capacité à travailler sur plusieurs projets simultanément;-
- De solides compétences analytiques et un état d'esprit axé sur les données;-
- Bilinguisme (français-anglais);-
- Une connaissance de logiciels de programmation en recherche marketing, un atout;-
- Expérience dans le secteur de l’immobilier, un atout;-
