This position is based in Montreal.Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will share insights on marketing trends, and assist the Marketing Director in executing e-commerce activations, advertising campaigns & media partnerships-based targeting specific customer demographics.Essential Functions & Responsibilities:Coordinate with internal departments (e-commerce & marketing).Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and market trends.Assisting in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.).Social media go -to-market initiatives and posting across all active platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.).Execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, newsletters, paid media campaigns, etc.).Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies alongside the Marketing Director.Undertake individual tasks of a go to market plan as assigned.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business & Administration or equivalent.At least 3 years of experience in fashion marketing.At least 3 years of experience in marketing, project and/or account management. Well-versed in specialized marketing concepts, principles and tacticsKnowledge of luxury men's fashion trends and luxury brands.Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods.Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools.Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and applications (Google Analytics, Shopify, etc.).Exceptional communication and writing skills.Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind.Proven track record of meeting brand awareness targets and growth results.
