Accompagné par le Chef entreposage, tu superviseras une trentaine d'employés syndiqués. Tu planifieras, organiseras, dirigeras et contrôleras les activités reliées à la réception, à l’entreposage et à l’assemblage des commandes pour le Quart de jour.

Ce qui t'attend:

- Gérer les activités quotidiennes en vue de réaliser le plan hebdomadaire déterminé par la réception des commandes et assurer l’atteinte des objectifs quantitatifs et qualitatifs
- S’assurer que toutes les exigences liées à la santé et la sécurité sont respectées et que les employés travaillent continuellement de façon sécuritaire
- S’assurer de la bonne performance des employés et leur apporter le support nécessaire à l’atteinte de leurs objectifs
- Connaître et appliquer les principes de base de la convention collective
- Animer les rencontres d’équipe en début de quart de travail
- Identifier les risques et les opportunités d’amélioration, en faire l’analyse et supporter la mise en place des actions correctives
- Procéder à des enquêtes suivant des incidents/accident et proposer des plans d’action
- Maintenir un excellent climat de travail, en valorisant la gestion participative, la communication et la recherche d’amélioration

Le profil que nous recherchons:

- Baccalauréat ou DEC en gestion des opérations, logistique, administration ou autre domaine pertinent.
- Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience à titre de superviseur, préférablement dans un environnement syndiqué
- Connaissance des principes Lean pour un ordonnancement contribuant à la fluidité des opérations d’expédition.
- Bonne maîtrise de la suite Office; la maîtrise de SAP et Oracle sera un atout.
