**COMMIS À L'EXPÉDITION ET À LA RÉCEPTION**

**L'OPPORTUNITÉ**

Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un commis à l'expédition et à la réception, qui relèvera directement du superviseur de l'expédition et de la réception. Le commis à l'expédition et à la réception sera responsable de la gestion des stocks, du chargement et du déchargement des expéditions ainsi que du suivi des commandes entrantes et sortantes.

**RESPONSABILITÉS**
- Contrôler et se tenir au courant de toutes les activités d'expédition
- Préparer les avis d'expédition, les connaissements, les factures et autres documents nécessaires en collaboration avec l'équipe d'expédition
- Soutenir les priorités d'expédition, les affectations de travail et les méthodes d'expédition requises pour respecter les calendriers d'expédition serrés
- Planifier les rendez-vous de livraison en suivant les procédures d'expédition de l'entreprise et en respectant les accords avec les clients et les délais de livraison
- Résoudre les problèmes lors de la préparation des commandes
- Charger et décharger les expéditions.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Diplôme de fin d'études secondaires
- Excellente communication (écrite et orale) en anglais et en français et bonnes aptitudes interpersonnelles
- Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et en équipe
- Excellentes compétences en gestion du temps et capacité d'apprentissage rapide
- Capacité à planifier et à organiser, à fixer des priorités et à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois dans un environnement en évolution rapide.
- Solides compétences en informatique et connaissance approfondie de la suite Microsoft Office.

- **SHIPPING AND RECEIVING CLERK**

**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We are currently looking for a Shipping and Receiving Clerk, who will report directly to the Shipping & Receiving Supervisor. The Shipping and Receiving Clerk will be responsible for inventory management, loading and unloading shipments as well as monitoring incoming and outgoing orders.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Monitor and stay current on all shipping activities
- Prepare shipping notices, Bills of lading, invoices and other necessary documents in collaboration with the shipping team
- Support shipping priorities, work assignments and shipping methods required to meet tight shipping schedules
- Schedule delivery appointments following company shipping procedures and respecting customer agreements and delivery times
- Troubleshoot issues during order preparation
- Load and unload shipments

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- High school diploma
- Excellent communication (written and spoken) in English and French and good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Excellent time management skills and is a quick learner
- Ability to plan and organize, set priorities and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills and extensive knowledge of the Microsoft office suite
