Bilingual Call Center Agent

**Responsibilities**:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and customer-focused manner.
- Provide accurate and timely information to clients in both **English and French**:
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and problem resolution.
- Document and update customer records in the company's database.
- Collaborate with team members to address customer needs and achieve service goals.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.
**Qualifications**:
- Fluency in both written and spoken **English and French**:
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is an asset.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in customer interactions.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient computer skills and familiarity with call centre technology.
**Pay rate: $21- $23**
**Location: Mississauga, Etobicoke and Oakville**
**Work Type: Hybrid**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
