Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using Python, SQL, and other data analysis tools
- Develop and maintain data visualizations and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and create reports that track progress towards business goals
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business improvements
- Assist in database design and maintenance to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Perform ad-hoc analysis as requested by management or project teams
- Utilize project management methodologies to ensure timely delivery of data analysis projects

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and analysis
- Strong knowledge of SQL for querying relational databases
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Solid understanding of statistical concepts and techniques
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think analytically
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex findings in a clear and concise manner

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of database design principles and best practices
- Experience with VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) for automation tasks
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum
