**Position Description**:
Working in the HR department supporting all functions, the HR Coordinator will be a detail orientated individual who thrives in a dynamic changing workplace. Reporting to the Senior Director of Human Resources, the HR Coordinator will split their time between payroll, recruitment, employee records and projects as assigned.

**Responsibilities**:
HR Coordinator have a number of responsibilities which they must complete on a daily basis:

- Assisting with all internal and external HR related enquiries
- Assist with payroll data entry and processing
- Administration of Health Benefits
- Maintain and update digital and physical employee records, conducting regular audits
- Assist with the recruitment process as needed
- Creates correspondences as requested
- Files training certificates and tracks expiration dates
- Other related duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Post-Secondary education in Human Resources, or a PCP is an assist but not required
- 1-3 years experience in Payroll or Human Resources
- Previous experience with ADP workforce now.

- Ability to function in a high-paced environment with varying tasks

**Salary**: $46,605.00 per year
