**Job Summary**:
Now, if you were to come on board as our **Human Resources Coordinator**, we’d ask you to do the following for us:

- Responsible for new employee orientation
- Work in collaboration with the HR team on projects and initiatives
- General HR administration
- Other special projects as requested by Director, Human Resources
- Performance Management - Support Senior team in performance management and all disciplinary action
- Administers all WCB claims while liaising with Head Office Personnel
- Leads the Health and Safety Committee and all practices and procedures
- Coordination and execution of all staff related events
- Other duties as required

Think you have what it takes to be our **Human Resources Coordinator**? We’re committed to hiring the best talent for the role. Here’s how we’ll know you’ll be successful in the role:

- A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant human resources experience
- Working knowledge of Employment Standards Act and Human Rights Legislation
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related discipline
- Intermediate level of expertise with Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook suite
- Multi-tasking, the ability to prioritize and maintain collected in stressful situations is a must
- An ability to work with mínimal supervision and proactive attitude
- Ability to demonstrate tact, diplomacy, confidentiality, discretion and sound judgement
- Strong interpersonal, written and spoken communication skills
- Strong leadership skills, strong organizational skills and ability to think critically
