Appointment Coordinator

Responsibilities Include:
- Welcoming / greeting clients with a professional and friendly demeanor; assessing their needs, answering inquiries and guiding them to the appropriate dealership staff member.
- Answering and forwarding customer calls.
- Assist with scheduling service appointments as needed.
- Provide admin. support to the service, sales and administration departments.
- Perform various administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning documents, data entry, etc.
- Maintaining a tidy and organized workspace.
- Collecting payments from customers and processing invoices.
Qualifications:
- Being the first point of contact for our customers, the receptionist must be positive, energetic and professional with strong communication skills.
- Strong multi-tasking skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Team player.
- Microsoft Office (Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Previous dealership experience an asset.
- Demonstrated commitment to exceptional customer service.
- **Bilingual (English/French)**.
Work hours are Tuesday to Friday 10 to 6 and Saturday 8 to 3, Salary offer $18.75/hrs
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $18.75 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
