**Inventory Costing Administrator**

Main Responsibilities
- Match supplier invoices with Purchase Orders (PO’s) and process for costing on a timely basis
- Verify quantities, pricing, special pricing programs including Buys and Rebates
- Adjust invoices for price and/or quantity variances
- Ability to convert units of measurement
- Allocate freight and duty/brokerage costs
- Process inter-company stock transfers
- Analyze and respond to costing requirements from billing administrators

Education and Experience
- Minimum of 3 years costing experience in a multi-branch and multi-currency environment
- Experience working with vendors
- Knowledge of accounts payable cycle
- Proficiency in Excel and Office 365
- Experience working in high volume/transaction environment
- Must have basic math skills
