**The responsibilities include**:

- Cognitive testing, data collection, data entry, database management and assistance with statistical analyses, where appropriate
- Scheduling and consenting patients for research studies
- Providing clerical and administrative support for the NCTS as needed
- Providing general assistance in the day-to-day management of the NCTS and its ongoing research projects.
- Organizing and contributing to ongoing research projects and meetings with the internal team, trainees, and research collaborators

**Basic Requirements (Education/Experience)**:

- Secondary diploma
- Strong computer skills: MS Word, Outlook, Excel
- Database management skills
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy of data and protocol requirements.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and oral communication in English
- Ability to work both independently and as a team member.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with research participants.
- Able to navigate competing priorities and deadlines.
- Adheres to confidentiality policies for sensitive patient data information.
- Scheduling must be flexible to accommodate research participants, such that the position may include occasional/infrequent evenings, and/or short weekend shifts.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a science/health science/psychology related field or equivalent
- Ability to communicate in French would be an asset.
- Previous experience in a clinical research setting would be an asset.
- Previous experience administering cognitive/neuropsychological testing.
- Previous experience working with neurological, and/or vulnerable, patient populations.
- Previous experience with SPSS or related statistical software
- Knowledge of TOH processes, including Epic, as well as OHRI operating procedures

**Contract Details**:
This is a 1-year part-time casual contract with the possibility of renewal.

**Salary**: Min: $19.350/hr. - Max: $24.631/hr.
