CD SONTER is seeking a creative and high energy self-starter with a passion for sustainability to join the Occupant Engagement Services Team based out of Toronto, Ontario and offers flexible working hours and work remote days. Reporting to the Manager - Occupant Engagement Services, the Specialist, Sustainability Services will support a diverse portfolio of stakeholder engagement and education initiatives for our clients. Our initiatives serve to raise stakeholder awareness and participation around critical sustainability themes through various in-person and virtual projects. The projects range from written content such as infographic design and newsletters to large-scale art installations to live trainings such as green team meetings and workshops.

**What you will do**:
- Lead and provide support on a diverse portfolio of occupant engagement events and activities. This includes (but is not limited to):
- Graphic design work and written communication for marketing materials such as art boards, infographics, posters, and newsletters;
- Live events such as webinars, green team meetings, one-on-one trainings, and promotional activities;
- Lobby events and tenant surveys.
- Engage with clients and their occupants to inspire meaningful behavioral changes across a variety of sustainability topics such as waste, water, energy, and greenhouse gas reduction. As such, an understanding of current sustainability trends and news is critical.
- Manage their own occupant engagement projects including execution, delivery, quality control, client communication, and report writing.
- Work independently and meet project timelines and budgets, actively communicating with the department manager and client(s).
**What you bring to the role**:
- At least 2 years of environmental consulting and customer management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Environmental, or related field.
- Proven experience with graphic design work.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (in particular, Adobe InDesign). Experience with Abode Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop is an asset.
- Ability to fluently speak and write in the French (Canadian) language is an asset.
- Excellent and concise written and verbal communication skills required.
- Able to actively work with and maintain cooperative positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Past experience with client management and relationship building is an asset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, in combination with the ability to perform duties under mínimal supervision.
- Strong time management, project management and planning skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple types of projects and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to self-review work so that it is submitted error-free.
- Strong proficiency and understanding of MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
- Available to travel across Canada.
- Access to a vehicle.
