**Administrative Professionals - Full-Time Hours - Temporary Position - Starting August 14, 2023.**

Allied Universal is currently hiring **Administrative Professionals** **for one of our industrial sites located 20 minutes north of Fort Saskatchewan.
- **Hourly Rate - $20.56**:

- **Temporary Work Term for 6-10 Weeks**:

- **Can Start as Soon as August 14, 2023**:

- **Full-Time Hours: 10 Hour Shifts - Days (0600-1600) and Nights (1600-0200) - 4 On and 4 Off Rotation.**

**Duties include, but are not limited to**:

- Use of communications devices such as radios and cell phones.
- Follow the process for new workers on site and create site access ID badges.
- Follow radio and emergency telephone procedures.
- Ensure safety and emergency procedures are followed.
- Data entry as required.
- Additional administrative duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- Be at least 18 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be legally able to work in Canada
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle to commute to site.
- Must be flexible and able to work days, afternoons, and nights. Training schedule is strictly day shifts.
- Ability to write comprehensive reports and logs as per the site procedures.
- Possess strong attention to detail.
- Intermediate computer skills to utilize innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites.
- Possess effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the public in a professional and effective manner.
- Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently.
- As a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background check and Drug and Alcohol Testing.
