The purpose of this job is to provide service directly to customers, including handling incoming calls, order entry, order coordination, customer liaison regarding the status of customer orders, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records on all customers and orders. This person also covers basic reception duties such as answering the main phone line and greeting visitors to our facility.

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Enter customer purchase/sales order into Company system and ensure all data is accurate.
- Obtain approved pricing for new orders and obtain customer approval.
- Enter order details into our system including customer purchase order number, pricing, quantity, delivery requirements and label specifications.
- Keep customer informed of order status, as necessary.
- Provide value-added services to assigned key accounts (e.g. coordinate inventory reduction, track orders for delivery dates, create custom reports, manage master price lists).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and information on the status of all orders within the assigned scope of this job.
- Create pricing estimates for new orders.
- Provide sales/administrative support for sales reps and the V.P. of Sales, as requested.
- Provide basic reception duties.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- A minimum of three years of previous customer service experience is required.
- Completed high school diploma is required. Additional training and certification in office systems is preferred. Completed post-secondary education is an asset.
- Previous experience working in the label printing industry is an asset but not necessary.
- Excellent relationship management skills.
- Excellent administrative, clerical, data entry and record-keeping skills are essential.
- Intermediate or higher levels of literacy and proficiency with reading, writing and arithmetic.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Attentive to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines and tactfully handle stressful situations.
- High level of initiative. Able to work independently and be self-directed and self-motivated.
- Strong work ethic, integrity and positive attitude.
- Excellent teamwork and team building skills.
- High degree of comfort and capability in using the phone, electronic communication and handling interactions with people both in-person and over the telephone.

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
