**Salary**: $57,400.00 - $74,200.00/Year

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week. Position with benefits and pension plan.

Job Reports To: Associate Director of Operations.

**Key Activities**:
Reporting to the Associate Director, Operations, the Technical/Project Coordinator supports the Operations Team by reviewing and preparing budgets, preparing purchase orders and service contracts, processing invoices, and tracking project and maintenance accounts. They coordinate with and provide support to the Finance Team. Other duties include tracking and reporting on utilities consumption and accounts.
They liase with the Production, Food and Beverage and Operations teams as well as other project stakeholders to coordinate work schedules. The incumbent may be required to communicate directly with contractors on site to ensure work schedules are adhered to.
Tasks also include the verification of project close-out documentation including record drawings and shop drawings. Additional duties include taking minutes of meetings, organizing and distributing schedules, records management and other related administrative tasks.

**Skill Requirements**:

- College diploma in a business administration, electrical or mechanical technologist program with three years of experience;
- Awareness of electrical and mechanical regulations and standards;
- Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations;
- Sound knowledge of M.S. Office suite including, Teams, MS Office and Microsoft Project;
- Excellent organizational skills; ability to co-ordinate a variety of projects and activities within strict deadlines;
- Capable of drafting and proofing correspondence for internal and external distribution;
- Demonstrate initiative and sound judgement and excellent interpersonal skills;
- Solid problem solving and analytical skills;
- Excellent administrative skills and attention to details;
- Bilingual in both official languages would be an asset.
