Customer Service Representative

**Schedule**
- Monday to Friday
- 11:00 am to 7:00 pm
**What Would You Be Doing?**
**Customer Service**:
- Assist customers with any type of parking and payment issues of all parking lots including employee lots
- Answer calls of general inquiries (i.e.: rates, garage heights)
- Conduct license plate searches for lost tickets
- Communicate directly and empathetically to alleviate time-sensitive passengers/customer’s inquiries
- Triage appropriately by using good judgment, to accelerate incident resolution while balancing competing priorities
- Respond to customer inquiries ensuring customers receive timely resolution and accurate information;
- Demonstrate excellent customer service to assist in retaining monthly parking customers;
- Ensure all customer account information is updated accurately and notes are entered for every transaction;
- Keep accurate records and update the system with required information;
- Receive and accurately input customer information;
- Complete and maintain any required paperwork or filing;
- Keep up to date with constant changes in workflow.
**What Are We Looking For?**
- 1 year of experience in a similar position;
- Accounting and billing experience (an asset);
- Class 5 Drivers license.
- Strong customer service and people skills, with ability to resolve conflicts;
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment;
- Open to change and willing to learn new skills in a constantly changing environment;
- Ability to meet deadlines;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Ability to take charge of situations and use good judgment
- Must be a team player
