**_About the role_**

Alvéole is looking for its People & Culture team member As we enter a new phase of organizational maturity, the P&C team is seeking to add both structure and innovation across its programming, its business partnership, and its day-to-day people operations. Reporting to the Director, People & Culture, you will be the first point of contact for managers and employees, responsible for maintaining a pulse on the organization and ensuring that our P&C strategies not only match the reality on the ground but also flex with the dynamism of our growing community. This role demands a committed "customer experience" mindset, adaptability, a hands-on approach, and an appetite to contribute to broader P&C strategies with the goal of accelerating Alvéole’s teams.
- Your responsibilities will include:_
- **Business Partnership**:

- Forge strategic P&C partnerships with Alvéole leaders, supporting them with organizational design, performance management, employee relations, workforce planning, change management, learning & development, and talent management
- Serve as a 'P&C Rep' globally, guiding employees on P&C programs, policies, processes, and lifecycle events
- Keep a pulse on the organization, collect insights, and enable leaders to make data-informed decisions
- **Project Management**:

- Lead cyclical events to maintain organizational health, employee engagement, and performance
- Drive the conception to implementation of various P&C projects and initiatives
- Support the implementation and organizational adoption of new P&C tools and software
- **Operational Excellence**:

- Handle day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and HRIS management
- Address employee relations issues with a focus on conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- **Culture & Engagement Champion**:

- Represent and reinforce our values and operating frameworks
- Foster a diverse, inclusive, equitable culture by creating opportunities for belonging and community
- Ensure our employer value proposition is compelling both internally and externally
- Organize team-building activities, events, and celebrations

**_Skills & Experience_**
- Experience as an HRBP or in a similar role working directly with all levels of leadership
- Proven track record of managing P&C projects from conception to implementation
- Knowledge of CAN, US, EUR employment practices
- Familiarity with GSuite, Slack and various HR software (HRIS, ATS, PMT, KMS, LMS)
- Bilingual in English and French (required)
- Start-up experience, tech experience, or experience in a VC-backed environment (an asset)
- Superpowers of adaptability and proactivity for our dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Willingness to get hands-on while dreaming big for the future
