**Location**: Turks and Caicos Islands

Java Blu will be opening their first Drive-Thru restaurant on the beautiful island Providenciales, in Turks and Caicos.

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Drive-Thru Restaurant Manager to lead our team and help us achieve success from day one.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Operational Management**:

- Oversee daily operations to ensure a smooth flow of business.
- Ensure production and service of ‘JavaFresh’ quality food and drinks through a well-trained team.
- Maintain operational excellence according to Java Blu's standard operating procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Java Blu's hygiene regulations, exceeding local food safety standards.
- Analyze restaurant performance through audits and create action plans for improvement.
- Foster a positive rapport with guests, ensuring fast and accurate service.
- Set and achieve goals for restaurant performance in all areas.
- Control food, paper, and labor costs to align with restaurant goals.
- Manage inventory counts and ensure accurate cash handling procedures.
- Complete restaurant ordering and maintain accurate inventory control.
- Create and post staff schedules in a timely manner.
- Review timecards, complete payroll, and ensure compliance with all applicable legislation.
- Prepare performance analysis reports and lead the restaurant to success.
- Build relationships with the local community and engage in corporate social responsibility programs.
- Establish proper security procedures to ensure the safety of team members and guests.

**People Management**:

- Recruit, train, and develop new and existing team members.
- Motivate and encourage the team to achieve targets.
- Identify and develop high-potential employees for progression.
- Create personal and team goals, fostering a true ‘open door’ policy.
- Maintain excellent communication with all shifts and restaurant owners.
- Handle guest complaints and queries professionally.
- Perform disciplinary actions and ensure fair management of offenses.

**Health & Safety**:

- Comply with health and safety legislation and ensure team training in PPE and safe work practices.
- Conduct regular workplace inspections and correct unsafe conditions.
- Report and investigate work-related injuries and illnesses.
- Enforce health and safety policies and take disciplinary actions for non-compliance.
- Keep the Restaurant Owner informed of any hazards and make recommendations for improvement.
- Proven experience as restaurant manager in a Drive-Thru setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to relocate to Turks and Caicos and adapt to island life.
- Excited to embark on a new chapter in the Caribbean with mínimal relocation challenges.

- $3500-$5000 USD Tax-Free Per Month, depending on experience.

Pay: $5,000.00-$6,700.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Restaurant management: 2 years (preferred)
- Leadership: 4 years (preferred)
- Restaurant experience: 2 years (preferred)
