We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a
**Licensing Support Specialist** located in
**Vancouver**, supporting our
**Head Office Branch**. In this role, you will be the go-to person for our Licensing team and will be responsible for managing a large enterprise dedicated account. You will also serve as the customer-facing representative for transactional business, ensuring SLAs are met and customer satisfaction is maintained.

**What Your Role Looks Like**:

- Enter, record and track all client purchase orders in BOSS system and reconcile open order reports
- Generate reports and pricelist in MS Explore tool for internal and external clients
- Become proficient with our ERP, SYNC portal and SharePoint solutions to track process software transactions, track customer activities and software contract deliverables
- Quote and order products and licenses
- Create and deliver customer requested reports
- Create and deliver vendor reports and serial number verification reports as required
- Help to maintain customer renewals database within the CRM and SYNC portal systems
- Update the SYNC portal database with existing and net new client information
- Upload client order confirmations for Microsoft, Cisco, Adobe, and Symantec
- Verify, review and ensure that all database records are accurate and match the vendor provided information prior to uploading
- Other duties as assigned

**What You Bring**:

- 5+ years of licensing and procurement experience.
- Able to upsell and cross sell opportunities.
- Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
- Team-orientated mindset combined with the ability to work independently
- Post-secondary education
