Skills & Responsibilities
- Ensure the quality of food is outstanding each and every time, experience preparing multiple types of dishes
- Overseeing the food preparation always ensuring quality and consistency
- Maintain accurate recipes of dishes prepared for catering functions to ensure consistency.
- Inspecting work areas, supplies, ingredients, and cooking equipment to ensure constant conformance to regulatory standards
- Follows proper handling and right temperature of all food products.
*Salary is negotiable based on experience $20 - $25, premium based willingness to work on commercial grade food truck.
**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
**Experience**:
- Cooking: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)
