Toronto, Canada National Angel Capital Organization Full time

**You will work closely with the CEO in developing and executing the organization’s partner program and oversee all aspects of new partner relationships. **Your key objective will be to increase revenue through diversified source channels, including event and program sponsorships, while identifying new funding and business model opportunities.**

In this role, you will have opportunities to demonstrate your leadership potential. Reporting to the CEO, the Partnerships Manager will lead the organization’s partner program and oversee all aspects of new private sector funding relationships. Your key objective will be to increase revenue through diversified source channels, including event and program sponsorships, while identifying new funding and business model opportunities.

You will be primarily responsible for revenue growth through new partnership activations. However, this role is more than mere business development. We are a highly integrated team, take a long-term perspective with our relationships, and are selective in pursuing and taking on new partners. When we proceed with an activation, we concentrate our resources on exceeding expectations and expanding that relationship. Quality over quantity. As a result, success requires strong analytical capabilities, a team mindset and a highly organized disposition.

You will oversee NACO’s monetization strategy for event sponsorships, educational programs, reports and other activities. You will lead prospecting of new relationships with potential partners, in close collaboration with the CEO and set agendas for quarterly check-ins, reporting, and business proposals, while proactively making connections with new potential partners. In developing, monitoring and reporting on partner engagement KPIs, you will take a client-centric approach to helping us exceed the expectations of our partners and build a pipeline of evolving relationships that grow into significant revenue drivers. You will prospect for new partnership opportunities with relevant businesses with a view to accelerating NACO’s revenue growth. In leading our revenue growth, you will help us capture resources to drive greater impact for Canada's entrepreneurs.

**We value potential and are willing to consider transferable skills in lieu of direct experience - so take a risk and apply. This is a chance to take your career to the next level.**

Join us and shape the future of Canada’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.

**Our Values.**
- Impact. We are committed to making a positive and meaningful impact on Canada's entrepreneurial ecosystem.

**Responsibilities**:
You will actively engage in the planning, administration, and execution of key NACO programs, events and initiatives including but not limited to NACO Academy, NACO Summits and events, and activities with a view to driving revenue growth. Your activities will include the following:

- Develop systems, strategies and methods to efficiently execute on revenue generation projects, in consultation with NACO's CEO and fellow team members for both remote and in-person program delivery (as appropriate)
