**Who we are**

Straight Up Health is a mental health and wellness clinic. We offer teens, young adults, parents and families access to approachable, empowering mental health care. We aim to modernize traditional therapy settings, and support individuals in building resilience and confidence. Together as a team we are working to break down stigma and normalize support, providing connective and personalized therapy options on a case-by-case basis.

**The Role**

Straight Up Health is seeking a new **Executive Functioning Coach** to add to our growing practice of skilled, personable and career driven team, in either a part-time or full-time position. This will be an independent contractor position.

An Executive Functioning Coach fit for our team should have a thorough understanding of executive functioning skills and experience supporting youth and adolescents in at-home and at-school functioning skills. Expertise should include working with clients on organizational skills such as planning, time management, prioritization and decision-making, task management skills such as task initiation and completion, as well as proficiency in areas such as emotion regulation, memory, cognitive flexibility, sustained attention and metacognition.
- Experience providing executive functioning coaching or have worked in a school setting providing similar coaching with students
- Experience working directly with youth and adolescents
- A strong foundation in ethics, codes of conduct, and standards of practice
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Must be either a Certified Teacher, Registered Social Worker, Registered Occupational Therapist, or a Registered Psychotherapist
