The role of a Business Administrations Advisor is to help new and existing clients in understanding, evaluating, planning, implementing, training and usage of our management software and services in streamlining and automating business processes, administrations and workflow while also digitizing and centraling business data, forms, documents and more.

**Responsibilities**

Interview, assess and understand client's management, administrative and operational problems and inefficiencies.

Demonstrate and explain how our software products and services can be utilized to help improve their management, administrations and operations.

Provide clients with ongoing support to help them better utilize existing solutions while seeking new ways to improve their business.

**Qualifications**

Education in business administrations or equivalent.

Understanding of business management, administrations, operations, workflow, processes and more.

Experience in customer service and support.

Ability to engage with new and potential clients.

Positive attitude, strong work ethic and driven to succeed.

Excellent and professional communications and interpersonal skills.

Desire to learn, grow and expand relevant knowledge base.

**Compensation**

$20.00/hr - $30.00/hr + Performance Based Bonuses

**Salary**: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
