**What you will do**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Work directly with the CEO to support all aspects of his daily work routine.
- Draft, review and send communications on behalf of CEO.
- Maintain the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, speaking engagements, and travel arrangements.
- Take care of scheduling and organizing the president's trips and travels.
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including collection and creation of documents/support and participation in meeting logistics.
- Plan/ Organize special events such as townhalls and training seminars, including content creation, preparing a presentation, sending out communications, etc.
- Organize company-wide meetings, larger group meetings, catering, supplies, and other vendor management and day-to-day office issues.
- Prepare, reconcile, and submit expense reports.
- Prepare and draft letters in both English and French.
- Answer phone calls, communicate messages and information to our CEO.
- Complete a variety of special projects including creating presentations, various spreadsheets, special reports, and agenda material.
- conduct business with other colleagues or external vendors on behalf of the CEO
- Maintain confidential and sensitive information.
- Maintain various records and documents for our CEO.

**Ce que vous ferez**:
**Responsabilités**:
- Travailler directement avec le président pour le soutenir dans tous les aspects de sa routine de travail quotidienne.
- Rédiger, réviser et envoyer des communications à son nom.
- Maintenir le calendrier du PDG, y compris la planification des réunions, des rendez-vous, des allocutions et des préparatifs de voyage.
- S’occuper de céduler et organiser les voyages et déplacements du président.
- Organiser et préparer les réunions, y compris la collecte et création de documents/support et la participation à la logistique de la réunion.
- Aider aux activités et processus, y compris la planification de projet, l'admission, la priorisation, l'initiation, l'exécution et la formation ; ainsi que pour favoriser la collaboration des utilisateurs finaux et des principales parties prenantes.
- Préparer, concilier et soumettre les rapports de dépenses.
- Planifier et créer une réunion trimestrielle incluant le contenu, les communications et la planification de celle-ci.
- Répondre aux appels téléphoniques, communiquer des messages et des informations au président.
- Réaliser une variété de projets spéciaux, y compris la création de présentations PowerPoint, de feuilles de calcul financières, de rapports spéciaux et de matériel d'agenda.
