**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the go-to advisor for managed service clients on all IT procurement matters, crafting customized solutions through comprehensive consultations.
- Produce and dispatch 100-120 precise quotes monthly for IT hardware and software, balancing competitive pricing with the managed service provider's fiscal objectives.
- Stay informed on the latest IT market developments to source the most effective and economical procurement options, fine-tuning acquisition tactics for maximum client benefit.
- Forge and maintain strategic partnerships with vendors to negotiate the best terms and prices, utilizing these alliances to enhance client projects and contribute to the managed service provider's success.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and IT design teams to ensure procurement plans are perfectly synced with client projects and demands, confirming that every solution adheres to the clients' specific needs.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or relevant field, with a solid grasp of IT procurement.
- At least 3 years in IT procurement, with a focus on client-facing roles and quality control of quotes and requirements.
- Deep understanding of the latest IT hardware and software, with an ability to assess and recommend technology solutions.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on customer service.
- Ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Demonstrated skill in maintaining procurement processes that ensure efficiency and standardization across client accounts.
