JLL is hiring for a unique role with one of our key global accounts, Verizon. JLL supports Verizon’s Global Work Tech Group to ensure Workplace Technologies are adopted by the internal stakeholders and are adding value within its Global Real Estate portfolio.

As the Program Success Manager, you will own all aspects Program Success function and delivery to ensure the value of managed Workplace Technologies is realized. Your sense of ownership, passion and commitment to success will inspire your subordinate(s), teammates and strategic partners.

The impact you will make

**Stakeholder Engagement**:
Build, maintain and leverage strong relationship with internal stakeholders and serve as the team’s ambassador to evangelize solutions through captivating storytelling.
Lead product launch campaigns, demos, onboarding and trainings for end-users, advocate the benefits of adopting the Work Tech products.
Own the Stakeholders Support program and manage troubleshooting ticketing process by ensuring effective delegation, timely communication and follow up. Always deliver the promise.
Lead check-in calls on an appropriate cadence, collect stakeholders’ feedback, and identify new pain points and implement action plans to address them effectively. Create customer champions through success.
Create roadmap and ensure delivery of self paced learning resources based on end-users’ feedback and priorities.

**Projects Support**:
Manage end-users’ journey and onboarding experience during the project milestones.
Support projects by sharing your insights and best practices.

**Data Analysis & Reporting**:
Track and report on end-user usage with the IoT data platform, and identify anomalies in utilization patterns.
Oversee the management of the program’s funnel and reporting activities.
Manage the teams progress and programs through data aggregation, and dashboard presentations.

**People Management**:
Provide coaching and support subordinate(s) growth within the team, account and JLL organization.

Bachelor’s Degree or relevant post secondary education
5+ years in facilities management, operations or technology within Commercial Real Estate
Aptitude to learn fast and curiosity to keep learning more
Project management experience, PMP certification is a plus
People management experience (This role has 1 direct report)
Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships, driving customer satisfaction and measurable outcomes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively navigate and mediate conflict and foster joint partnership
Strong consulting skills and proven results working as a trusted advisor to drive business value for clients
Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure
Exceptional organizational, presentation, and storytelling skills, both verbal and written
Proficient with G-Suite and Smartsheet, any ticketing and project management software experience is an asset
