**What does your day at GIP look like?**
- Onsite management of day-to-day operations
- Provide leadership to all crews
- Oversee procurement and equipment requirements
- Effectively understand and comply with the bid estimate, project schedule, and project specifications in order to adequately instruct the supervisors and subcontractors in the performance of the work
- Participate in pre-job planning and close-out
- Promote and enforce company health and safety policies with employees, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Regular travel throughout Saskatchewan

- Extensive construction field experience (road building, asphalt paving)
- Knowledge and experience with heavy equipment
- You are a great problem solver and can come up with solutions to problems that work for everyone
- You can deliver exceptional customer service, solve unexpected issues and anticipate future needs
- Ability to connect and interact with people to seek different perspectives
- Strong ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple competing priorities
- You have a valid driver's license and a clean Driver's Abstract
