**Your Role: Operations Manager**

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- **Project Management**: Oversee and manage various projects, ensuring smooth execution and timely completion. Your organizational skills will be crucial in ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
- **Team Expansion**: Spearhead the recruitment and onboarding of new team members. Your ability to identify top talent and foster a collaborative environment will be essential for our success.
- **Financial Planning/Projections**: Contribute to financial planning and projections, providing insights that drive informed business decisions.
- **Sales and Customer Service**: Engage and at times lead sales calls and deliver exceptional customer service, fostering strong relationships with clients.
- **Strategic Collaboration**: Work closely with the CEO to support and sometimes lead investor meetings, crafting impactful presentations and documents.
- **Sales and Business Development**: Collaborate with the Sales lead to drive sales efforts and business development initiatives.

**Your Skills and Qualifications**

**Must Have**:

- **Experience**: 3+ years in relevant roles, showcasing a strong background in operations, project management, team management, and/or logistics.
- **Initiative**: A self-starter who can take ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion.
- **Leadership**: 3+ years of management experience. Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
- **Adaptability**: Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, adapting to evolving challenges and priorities.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, essential for client interactions and team collaboration.
- **Strategic Thinker**: Capable of contributing to high-level discussions and offering strategic insights.
- **Financial Analysis/Reporting**: 1+ years experience in accounting, and or financial planning/analysis. Able to understand, create, and present strategic financial plans/budgets for an organization.
- **Tech-Savviness**: Highly proficient in MS Office including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. As well as Google Docs and Google Sheets (minimum
- intermediate level). Comfortable with technology and software used for project management and operations.

- Experience starting/running your own small business/side hustle
- Sales experience

- Experience leading a team in a dynamic customer service-facing company
- Experience in transportation and logistics management
