**This Operations Product Manager (**Fragrance and Cosmetics**) Position Is For You, If You Enjoy**:

- As a Product Manager you are accountable for planning, monitoring, and maximizing retail budgets, always guaranteeing product availability, operational excellence and to ensure the visual standards of the merchandise are in line with the company expectations
- Optimizing designated category performance. Working in conjunction with vendors, replenishment teams, category buyers and store management teams.
- Based out of the Toronto Pearson International Airport. Responsible for Toronto Pearson, Billy Bishop Toronto City and Halifax Stanfield Airport Duty Free locations
- Reporting directly to Toronto Pearson General Manager with a dotted line to Regional Vice President.

**Operations Product Manager (**Fragrance and Cosmetics)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage a team of Brand Specialists or Liquor Specialists within your category of focus
- Complete and deliver assigned Brand Specialist annual performance reviews and complete ongoing coaching conversations as required.
- Hire Brand who are passionate about our products and philosophy and maintain employee attitude and morale by recognizing outstanding performance & service and by motivating & developing staff.
- Assist in maintaining employee attitude and morale by recognizing outstanding performance and service, motivating, and developing staff.
- Analyze Category and Brand Performance, on weekly and monthly basis
- Confirm the correct implementation of pricing, policies, and advertising spaces
- Coordinate the implementation of the promotional plan. For those periods without a central promotion, proposes and coordinates with category managers/ procurement the negotiation with local, promotional and submit them to the General Manager for approval.
- Follow up on promotions, implementation (stock availabilities, marketing, material, and tastings).
- Ensure the correct execution of marketing strategies and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Responsible for reporting item/ assortment management issues that linked to central Master Date
- Manage the day-to-day operational excellence of the product line selection including initial allocation, RTVs & stock movement, brand assortment mix, pricing, promotional plans, space management, and visual merchandising for products within the category of responsibility.
- Produce required reports utilizing KPI measures and analytical forecasting Loss Prevention and inventory management. Participate in counts and LP initiatives

**Required Qualifications**:

- 3 years of retail experience with at least 1 year in similar commercial role.
- Abilities to work with systems, spreadsheets and analyze stock predictions to ensure sufficient stock levels.
- Leadership qualities and demonstrated organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build effective teams.
- Excellent time-management skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with diverse personalities.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office
