**The Opportunity**

Export Packers is looking to hire an administrative support person for our honey trade division based on the north shore of Montreal. This role will be an exciting opportunity for someone looking for a flexible schedule. In addition, it is a terrific way to gain insight into our honey business.

**Accountabilities**:

- Answer the phone: Acting as a first point of contact.
- Organize, coordinate, and assist various departments in administrative tasks.
- Ensure that the office is well-maintained & organized.
- Various office purchases.
- Comfortable working with Office 365
- Handling and organizing byproduct sales.
- Mail (samples, byproducts, sales/labels).
- Booklet for presentations.
- Reception of samples.
- Sample preparation and shipping.
- Preparation of analysis requests.
- Assist with laboratory tests: colour and moisture.

**Qualifications**:

- Expertise in administrative support tasks.
- Basic understanding of accounting.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Bilingual, strong communication skills in both French and English.
- Innovative and creative in solving minor administrative problems.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Basic customer service.
- Team player.

**Tâches**:
⦁ Répondre au téléphone : Agir comme un premier point de contact

⦁ Organiser, coordonner et assister plusieurs départements avec leurs tâches administratives

⦁ S’assurer que le bureau est bien entretenu et organisé

⦁ S’occuper de divers achats de bureau

⦁ Entrer des données dans Microsoft Office (Word et Excel)

⦁ S’occuper des ventes au comptoir de sous-produits

⦁ S’occuper de la poste (échantillons, sous-produits, ventes / étiquettes)

⦁ Préparer les brochures pour présentations

⦁ Recevoir les échantillons

⦁ Préparer les échantillons et les envoyer par la poste

⦁ Préparer les demandes d’analyses

⦁ Assister avec des tests de laboratoire : couleur, humidité

**Compétences requires**:
⦁ Expérience en support administratif

⦁ Compréhension de base en comptabilité

⦁ Bonnes connaissances en Microsoft Office

⦁ Langues parlées et écrites: Français et Anglais

⦁ Capacité d’innovation et de créativité pour résoudre des problèmes administratifs mineurs

⦁ Fortes compétences organisationnelles
