We have a full shop of technicians and an experienced service advisor hungry for a leader to take our service department to the next level.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations and profitability of the service department
- Overseeing the smooth operations in all areas of the service department including quality performance, customer commitment, customer satisfaction, and overall effectiveness
- Forecast goals and objectives for sales, gross, and key expenses on a monthly and annual basis.
- Hire, coach, train, and reward employees to advance and achieve department objectives.
- Work alongside the service department and train associates on the dealership’s policies and procedures.
- Maintaining a customer-focused environment.

**Compensation**
- This position is a Salary plus Performance Bonus.
- Salary ranges from $55,000.00 to $75,000annually
- Performance Bonus estimated annual income (based on achieving quotas/goals) is $65,000.00*_ (*_not guaranteed)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
