MPS Program Specialist

As an MPS program specialist in membership, protection, and services team you will be responsible for supporting the development of our new initiatives while ensuring that our existing programs are functioning in a manner that delivers world-class customer experiences and critical operating income to the organization.

What you’ll do:

- Serve as point-of-contact for inquiries and escalations related to MPS programs from retail associates. Implement new technology-supported systems to enhance the associate and customer experience
- Maintenance and update all retail-facing collateral and documentation including SOP documents, scope of work (SOW) documents, training material, rate sheets, program comparison charts, sales tools, and more
- Support day-to-day operations of third-party services programs in collaboration with our external partners by actively monitoring and reporting on their performance, driving pre-determined KPIs, providing program oversight to leadership
- Lead the development and launch of new programs creating SOPs retail communications, collateral, training material and technology partnerships for implementation in our physical stores and at BestBuy.ca.
- Collaborate with internal partners to manage contact center operations, improve self service capabilities and ensure excellent customer interaction and reduce costs to the organization

What were’ looking for:

- Minimum 5 years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership position
- Excellent verbal and written communication, attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools especially in Excel and experience with project tracking tools like Jira and MIRO
- Passion for membership, protection, and services programs with a drive to contribute to sales growth and organizational profitability
- Agility in handling diverse responsibilities and functions.
