We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Advisor. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assistance to clients who bring their vehicles to our service center. Your primary goal will be to ensure that customers' automotive service needs are met efficiently and professionally.

You listen actively to provide knowledge-based solutions, and specify suggested and scheduled service requirements for Volkswagen vehicles. You can multitask across computer and communications systems to provide quality vehicle service and repair the first time. Your proven verbal and written communication skills, as well as your ability to effectively prioritize and manage your time enable you to consistently deliver an outstanding customer experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and listen to their concerns regarding their vehicles' performance or service requirements.
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles and accurately, document any issues or concerns.
- Provide detailed explanations of recommended services, or repairs to customers, including cost estimates and timelines.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and timely completion of repairs.
- Schedule service appointments and maintain an organized and efficient service schedule.
- Communicate with customers throughout the service process, keeping them informed of progress and any changes.
- Address customer inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally, striving to achieve complete customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate and detailed invoices for services rendered, ensuring transparency and clarity.
- Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure their satisfaction and address any further needs or concerns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new vehicle models, and service techniques through continuous training and professional development.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or automotive training is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the automotive industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple customers and tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of automotive systems, parts, and repair processes is highly desirable.
- Proficient computer skills for data entry, service scheduling, and generating invoices.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to effectively address customer concerns.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
