Automotive Collision Estimator

**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Evaluate damaged vehicles to determine the extent of repairs needed and prepare detailed estimates for customers.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure accurate assessments of mechanical issues and repair costs.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining the repair process, timelines, and costs to clients.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of estimates and payments.
- Upsell additional services or repairs based on thorough inspections and customer needs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive repair techniques, industry trends, and dealership practices.
- Foster positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in automotive repair or as a mechanic is preferred.
- Strong sales skills with experience in upselling services or products is a plus.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures in a dealership or service environment is beneficial.
- Excellent mechanical knowledge to accurately assess vehicle conditions and necessary repairs.
- Previous experience in customer service roles, demonstrating strong communication skills and the ability to resolve client concerns effectively.

Pay: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
