**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Prepare and execute an overall strategic approach to TCI sports partnerships that advance our Toyota brand agenda in line with key engagement opportunities. (Brand, Nameplate, Retail, Digital)
- Oversee TCI sports-related annual partnerships KPI development in line with departmental goals and brand objectives/KPIs
- Facilitate integration and optimization of sports related partnerships across Toyota with a focus on connecting to modern engagement approaches (Data / Direct).
- Organize high level day to day functionality of TCI’s sports properties, sponsored athletes and National Sport Organization (NSO) partnerships including reporting, program optimization, implementation and building relationships/future programs with all
- Facilitate through agency partners required content and activations at sports properties and NSOs
- Consult with brand team and Olympic task force to integrate Olympic and Paralympic activations as required
- Coordinate any cross functional/departmental sports related marketing strategy within Toyota - this may include Sales Division, Parts & Service, Accessories, Corporate Communications, Human Resources, Toyota Financial Services, Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada
- Communicate with zone personnel in regard to partnerships under area of responsibility
- Advise of strategic recommendations in line with all sports related partnerships
- Establish, evaluate/analyze key performance indicators for each partnership
- Audit results and then present/communicate regularly with management on outcomes/findings
- Research and present to management any potential new sports related partnerships
- Hold third party partners accountable to clearly communicated standards through regular review process

**What You’ll Bring**:

- University/College degree in marketing, business administration or related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years in the marketing field - Agency and/or client side with a strong fundamental grounding in customer engagement through experience
- A proven track record in support of progressive partnership management and optimization
- Strong organizational and time management skills - Able to work with multiple partners and on multiple projects on a regular basis
- Impact and Influence skills - Able to motivate and inspire internal and external teams as required
- Knowledge of negotiation - Able to assist in negotiations with suppliers and partners (new and existing)
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written for daily work with partners and agencies
- Ability to make insightful recommendations based on data gathered and analyzed
- Strong presentation skills
