**En quoi consiste cette offre d’emploi : Coordinateur.trice marketing bilingue**

En tant que Coordinateur.trice marketing bilingue, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le soutien de nos gestionnaires marketing et de l'équipe élargie de Marketing et Communications. Vous assisterez à la planification, à l'exécution et à la surveillance des campagnes et initiatives marketing de Futurpreneur, en veillant à leur alignement avec nos objectifs stratégiques.

Sous la supervision de la gestionnaire marketing, dans ce rôle multifacette, vous coordonnerez divers projets, allant des supports promotionnels aux événements, tout en respectant strictement les lignes directrices et normes de la marque Futurpreneur. Cette position est parfaite pour un.e autodidacte ayant une expérience marketing avérée et une passion pour l'innovation et le changement.

Il s'agit d'un poste permanent à temps plein, basé dans nos bureaux de Toronto ou de Montréal, fonctionnant selon un modèle de travail hybride (minimum 2 jours au bureau par semaine).

**Ce que vous ferez**:
**Soutien aux campagnes marketing - 60%**
- Aider à élaborer et à exécuter des campagnes et initiatives marketing sous la direction de la gestionnaire marketing pour les équipes régionales, le programme de démarrage, le programme de démarrage pour jeunes entrepreneur.e.s autochtones, le programme de démarrage pour entrepreneur.e.s noir.e.s, et le programme pour les flexipreneur.e.s, ainsi que pour la gestionnaire marketing, programmes et partenariats pour les initiatives financées par des partenaires et les programmes d'entrepreneuriat, afin de communiquer efficacement notre impact et de promouvoir nos services.
- Coordonner des opérations quotidiennes, soutenir à l'exécution des campagnes et projets et demandes ponctuelles des équipes interdépartementales.
- Coordonner les ressources marketing, y compris l'organisation des documents, la gestion des images, la base de données des entrepreneur.e.s et la génération de rapports à partir de notre CRM et de nos outils marketing.
- Promouvoir la commande et la distribution de matériel marketing, y compris les bannières et les articles promotionnels de marque pour les équipes transversales.
- Collaborer avec les gestionnaires de communautés entrepreneuriales, l’équipe programmes et partenariats et d'autres équipes internes pour assurer l'alignement et la cohérence des messages et des efforts de branding sur toutes les plateformes.
- Gérer les tâches administratives telles que la planification des réunions, la gestion des calendriers marketing, la gestion des factures et des budgets, et la coordination avec les agences externes ou les fournisseurs pour s'assurer que les projets sont terminés dans les délais et dans les budgets impartis.
- Participer à la recherche marketing pour mieux comprendre notre public cible, les canaux marketing et les tendances dans le marketing et l'écosystème de l'entrepreneuriat.
