Top-tier Real Estate Team Recruit **Base Salary** **+* **Commission* Sales Assistant

- **Key Responsibilities：**_
- Engage prospects by phone calls or instant msg tools, driving them down the sales funnel
- Master the usage of CRM and customer engaging platforms, optimizing consumer journey management
- Classify incoming prospects by stage and enter them into the CRM system
- Answer incoming calls from prospects and other business parties
- **Through ongoing training, skillfully use script to qualify prospects and book appointments for sales team, by phone or instant messaging tools**:
- Organize and report prospects engagement results
- No COLD calls, no solicitation, no face-to-face meeting
- **Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs for appointment bookings, and be incentivized accordingly**:
- Assist in website SEO work, including optimizing and organizing team-created content, regularly uploading it to the company website
- No Real Estate license required
- **Monday~Friday, 8 hrs/day; 6 hours in the office during daytime, and other 2 hours in the evening at home**
- **Qualification**:_
- Fluent in **Cantonese, Mandarin, and English**, both spoken and written, at a native or near-native level
- Bachelor's degree or above, with preference given to those in fields such as Business Administration, Commerce, Communication, Journalism, or Marketing
- Excellent language and written communication skills; enjoys and excels in interpersonal communication
- Optimistic, cheerful, eager to learn and grow, and seeks a sense of achievement
- Self-disciplined, with strong self-management and information management abilities
- Preferably 1 year or more of sales or telemarketing experience
