**岗位职责:**:
- 负责收集账单、发票,credit memo和debit memo
- 负责扫描所有财务文件,包括各种invoice和statement和其他消费明细、报销发票等
- 负责公司内外财务相关对接和沟通,包括费用的记录和催缴
- 负责处理各个仓库每日应付账款,做好记录和追踪
- 协助财务主管做好每月对账,处理财务相关表格
- 协助财务主管报税,客户公司年报等
**岗位要求:**:
- 至少1年的Bookkeeper经验,了解安省基本财务常识。
- 沟通能力强,性格开朗、有主见,具备很强的学习能力
- 做事细致,有责任心,能适应快节奏的工作
**工作类型:**全职
**工作时间:**星期一至五 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
**工作地点:**Markham, Ontario(需要到岗上班)
