**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Reporting to the Manager, Quality & Strategic Engagement, the Marketing, Fundraising and Communications Intern will work with our team to assist with the planning, implementation and evaluation of the Agency’s marketing, fundraising, communications, and health promotion activities.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Post-secondary degree or diploma in business, marketing, communications, graphic design, or another related field of study
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Creative and hardworking individual
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Knowledge of Social Media Platforms, Hootsuite, Constant Contact, Office 365 (including Visio), Canva, WordPress CMS, and PhotoKey 8 Pro (preferred)
- Fluency in English is essential. Fluency in French is an asset.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- have graduated within the last three years, and the position should be the first full-time employment in their field of study.
- be a new entrant into the workforce, transitioning to a new career, or the unemployed or underemployed entering a new field.
- not have previously participated in an NOHFC-funded internship in the 2020 Mandate.
- be 18 years of age or older.
- be legally eligible to work in Canada.
- Once hired, reside in the Northern Ontario community in which they are employed.

**SALARY**:

- **$21.71 hourly, $39,506.68 annually**
