**Who we are**:
At UP Fundraising our motto is 'Make it Happen'. We strive to have a 'Make it Happen' attitude in everything we do. We specialize in partnering with Charity and non-for-profit organizations to help them acquire monthly donors and grow their programs.

**How we do it**:
As a Charity Fundraiser, we travel across the Vancouver greater area, to gain support for various well-known charities internationally and in Canada through acquiring monthly donors. We are currently hiring for several of our **Street, Mall & Door to Door teams.** We are currently working with **Save the Children, SOS Children's Villages, Care Canada, Hope & Healing International and the Heart & Stroke Foundation.**

**About the Job**:
Location: Greater Toronto Area, Toronto.

Shift Times: Monday - Sunday (10AM - 6PM Street Teams, 10AM - 9PM Mall Teams, 1PM - 9PM Door to Door Teams)

**Compensation: Can earn up to $36/hr ($16.25/hour base + bonuses + hiring bonuses if daily donors are acquired)**

- Someone who is passionate about humanitarian aid
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Able to work outside in various weather conditions, rain or shine
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Experience in a customer service role is an asset
- Experience working with social or humanitarian causes

**Experience**:

- Sales or Fundraising: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

**Salary**: $16.00-$32.00 per hour
