**Position Overview**:
Are you a problem solver with a passion for keeping things running smoothly? As our Logistics Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our construction projects, ensuring seamless mobilization of supply chain and services. You’ll play a pivotal role in managing project timelines, coordinating equipment moves, providing ad-hoc support and collaborating closely with vendors to ensure everything arrives timely and within budget.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Logistics Planning & Coordination**:

- Coordinate and schedule project mobilization and all aspects of equipment moves.
- Communicate logístical plans with relevant internal and external parties.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure cost-effective and reliable service.
- Assist in creating logístical plans, and vac truck scheduling to reduce delays and improve operational efficiency.

**Supplier & Vendor Relations**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
- Negotiate rates, focusing on cost-effective solutions and resolve any issues, with supply chain or services, promptly.

**Project Support**:

- Assist operations and project managers with logistics scheduling and ensure materials and equipment are available for site mobilization.
- Manage ordering of project-specific materials and equipment, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery to meet project timelines.
- Organize and maintain project documentation, ensuring information is up-to-date and accessible for stakeholders.

**Problem Resolution & Reporting**:

- Assist in resolving logistics-related challenges and analyze data to identify opportunities for process optimization and cost-saving initiatives.
- Provide support in managing maintenance reports.

**Office Support**:

- Support office duties, such as answering calls, directing inquiries, and maintaining the team calendar(s) and schedules.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Fill in for Project Coordinator (PC) responsibilities during periods of leave to ensure continuity of operations.

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- 1-2 years in logistics or supply chain management.
- Customer-service orientation.
- Strong problem-solving, quick thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

**Other**:

- 8-hour shift; Monday to Friday, 7 AM-3:30 PM (Extended and overtime hours may be required).
