Edelman Montreal is seeking an ambitious bilingual Account Executive eager to embark on a dynamic career. In this role, you will have an opportunity to integrate corporate and health sector expertise while working on innovative communication campaigns that leave a lasting impact.

Your role will be pivotal in seamlessly integrating social media, paid media, and digital channels into client programs. You will have an opportunity to collaborate and learn from specialty teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, contributing to the execution of impactful campaigns across a spectrum of health and corporate accounts. A can-do attitude, excellent writing skills, and strong time management are critical. **Responsibilities**:

- Showcase a keen understanding of today’s news and media landscape.
- Foster robust relationships with teammates and managers to achieve campaign goals aligned with KPIs.
- Exhibit a specialized interest in the health industry and business landscape.
- Lead the execution of awareness and product launch programs, handling media materials, spokesperson briefings, social media content, and reporting.
- Develop a deep understanding of client organizations in health and business sectors, offering support on programs and activities.
- Contribute to comprehensive communications plans and tactics, including research, messaging, audience analysis, and timeline development.

**Qualifications**:

- The Account Executive must have relevant agency experience working within the health and/or corporate-driven accounts space and understand media relations best practices.
- A Bachelor’s degree (or better) in Communications or related discipline from an accredited college or university.
- 6 months - 1 year of related experience in communications, preferably in the health sector; experience in agency considered an advantage.
- Experience working in health and/or corporate communications.
- Hands-on experience in media analysis, media pitching, building media lists and media relations experience.
- Experience with traditional and social media tools and platforms - online monitoring, blogging, Facebook, X, reporting platforms, media database to build media list, etc.
- Experience effectively executing many tactical assignments and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and a variety of social media analytics tools.
- Proficiency with MS Office, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint is required.
- Must be fluently bilingual (English and French).
